Custom Shop
Purpose-built, hand-made training equipment tailored to your handler, your dog and your mission.
Built for How You Actually Train
Standard catalog gear covers most programs — but when your training scenario demands something different, the Kurt USA Custom Shop builds it. Every custom piece is designed and hand-crafted in our San Antonio workshop from premium materials, one at a time, to your specifications.
From modified sleeve geometry and reinforced bite bars to harnesses fitted to a specific dog and specialized agitation equipment, we work directly with handlers to translate field requirements into finished gear.
What We Build
- Custom bite sleeves and suits sized to the helper
- Unit-specific harnesses, leads and agitation collars
- Modified designs for specialized training scenarios
- Short-run production for kennels and agencies
- Repairs and reconditioning of well-used equipment
Trusted by US Military Special Operations
Kurt USA is proud to tailor equipment for US Military Special Operations units. Our patent-pending designs are developed with input from active handlers and refined through real training cycles — because gear that fails in the field was never good enough for the showroom either.
Government and agency customers can request quotes, NSN-compatible documentation and unit-level ordering through our contact page.
