Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Unused equipment in its original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items that show signs of training use, wear, chewing or washing cannot be accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at KURTUSAMFG@GMAIL.com or call 252-509-4211 with your order number.
2. We will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back securely packaged and insured.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

Custom-Made Equipment

Demanet bite suits and any Custom Shop work are hand-made to order to your measurements and specifications. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a defect in materials or workmanship. Please double-check sizing — our Demanet sizing chart (height and weight) is listed on each bite suit product page, and our team is happy to help you choose before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Warranty

Kurt USA equipment is hand-crafted to endure real training. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one year from purchase. Normal wear from training use, dog damage and modifications are not covered.
